Creating Your Vision
Main bathroom & ensuite refurb.
My client required a full bathroom and ensuite refurbishment so that's what we did. Both rooms where stripped back and reboarded, new plumbing and lighting. A niche was added along the bath wall for the luxurious touch. Large wall hung vanity/basin unit installed along with a new bath tub, shower fitment and screen, back to wall toilet pan with concealed cistern and chrome towel rail. Fully tiled using mix of large ceramic and porcelain smooth and textured tiles to give a contrasting effect finished with a silver trim. working closely with the client throughout the project ensuring the outcome was what they had envisioned.
Extension Refurb.
After a leak at this property damage was caused to the extent of needing to remove the concrete floor and repour a new slab but on doing so it was established there was no insulation present and the existing damp proof membrane was inadequate so we added a new sub base, insulation and a damp proof membrane prior to the new poured concrete resulting in a dry level base. During the project my client decided to have the utility room walls removed and part of the oddly stepped box section ceiling reboarded to create a more aesthetically pleasing large open space to enjoy all year round especially in the summer when the bifold doors are open. Additional spot lights and a power point were added along with new engineered oak flooring and Victorian style skirting finished with a complete redecoration.
Kitchen refurb.
Our client had plans drawn and the kitchen supplied so it was over to us to refit the new kitchen. As always kitchens present challenges so after stripping back and getting the electrics in order we began removing the opening frame and plastering where necessary then the fitting process was underway. Completely new units, worktops, sink, cooking and washing appliances were installed. Splashback tiling coupled with full redecoration completed the contrasting look my client envisioned.
Warehouse WC.
This commercial project is part of ongoing works to bring an older building up to standards. After stripping back the room and carrying out some wall prep and running the new necessary pipework we proceeded to refit new sanitary items. New anthracite IPS panelling was fitted allowing service access to the pipework within via the removeable panels. We opted for hygiene upvc wall panelling coupled with a wipeable paint which can be cleaned with ease. Washable vinyl flooring laid in keeping with the grey theme ensuring the room frequently used room remains an inviting restroom for years to come.
